In Berlin Charlottenburg, a luxury residential tower is being built along the Spree River. The 10-story project features 17 apartments, with a design that follows the river’s curved path, creating generous outdoor areas at the building’s corners. The design highlights sightlines across and along the Spree, incorporating the landscape’s natural movements. The facade features a glass exterior and cantilevered balconies, promoting visual continuity between indoor and outdoor spaces. Apartments span from north (Spree views) to south (city views) and include wraparound terraces with planting beds. 

Duplex apartments and the penthouse offer double-height living spaces facing the Spree, shaping the northern facade.

As the project leader for this innovative residential tower, I played a pivotal role in integrating Hadi Teherani’s architectural vision into the development process. My expertise in managing complex residential projects and proficiency in using Revit for fine drawings proved invaluable for planning a high-rise building with special regulations. 

A crucial aspect of my role involved coordinating planning efforts with other engineers to ensure a cohesive and efficient design process. Through effective communication and collaboration, I established strong working relationships with all team members and external partners, fostering a sense of unity and shared goals. 

During the project, architectural key details for the facade, core, staircase, and lobby were
prepared, ensuring coherence and alignment with the design intent. Building application permits were also managed and submitted, maintaining strict adherence to building codes and regulations. 

Leading the team, I cultivated a supportive and positive working environment that encouraged collaboration and adaptability.
