The former Zündapp site in Munich Haidhausen offers an attractive living and working space for creative professionals in media, IT, and design industries, as well as those who appreciate high-quality urban living and the industrial atmosphere. The architectural concept aims to capture the uniqueness of the location and its residents by using a coherent building module and simple industrial materials, transforming expanded metal into highquality, durable façade elements that give the location a distinct identity. The project covers 42,000 square meters of gross floor area, comprising 360 apartments (with 30% being subsidized), a daycare center, 1,000 square meters of restaurant and commercial spaces, and a two-story underground garage with 440 parking spaces.
