As the project leader of this prestigious architectural competition, I had the privilege of overseeing the design of an innovative 23-story high-rise building. The design concept consists of three distinct, offset slabs that create a unique landmark within the Media Harbour, while simultaneously paying homage to the renowned Düsseldorf Dreischeibenhaus. To ensure a lively atmosphere, two high-quality gastronomy units with dedicated outdoor areas are incorporated at the ground floor, seamlessly integrating the building into its surroundings and extending its vibrancy beyond typical office hours.
