As the second project manager for a new development project at Albertussee in Düsseldorf, my responsibilities involved designing the floorplans of four out of six blocks from initial sketches to final plans. As part of the project team, I collaborated closely with PANDION, the client, and MEP engineers to ensure that all building codes and regulations were met. Utilizing Revit, my team and I submitted the building permit application. 

Through my involvement in the project, I gained valuable experience in residential typology, project management, and coordination with MEP engineers.
