Our design competition proposal beautifully integrates into its urban context with a sevenstory structure that mirrors the architectural heritage of the local Mälzerei. Hosting 147 apartments, the design presents generous and flowing floorplans that cater to modern family living. With intelligent material selection, and context-driven design, our proposal is a harmonious yet distinct addition to the neighborhood, offering efficient, accessible, and engaging living spaces.
