Leading the Rosßad project in Düsseldorf, I had the opportunity to create a residential structure that seamlessly balanced building code requirements, client aspirations, and city regulations. The project’s main objective was to craft high-quality apartments with attractive, functional floor plans while harmoniously integrating the architecture into the surrounding environment. By diligently preparing official documentation and convincingly presenting the design to the authorities, we successfully secured preliminary building permission for our design.
