As part of a contest team, I helped design the “Terraces Offices” in City Nord, a modern green office district. This 16-story building features staggered garden terraces on the 4th, 8th, and 12th floors, which let in ample light and air while also serving major tenants as transfer levels. The efficient circulation system has two cores each with a safety staircase and three elevators. A water basin frames the structure, emphasizing its orientation, and there are 384 underground and 35 above-ground parking spaces, accessible via the main entrance driveway.
